The Living Law Society is a private educational body dedicated to the study and preservation of lawful order, trust, and equity.
Mission Statement
The Living Law Society exists to restore the understanding of law as founded upon truth, trust, honor, and love under the authority of the Most High God, the Creator. We seek to advance right relationship, just order, peaceful resolution, and faithful accountability by teaching that all true law flows from the Creator, is reflected in the laws of nature and the order of creation, and must guide human conduct in justice and peace. We seek peace first, yet uphold the duty of lawful defense when life, trust, or rightful order is wrongfully attacked.
Our Purpose
We exist to recover and transmit the principles of lawful order, drawn from the highest source of authority and grounded in long-standing custom. Our work is educational: we teach the structure of trust, equity, and lawful relationship, and we equip our members to act with grounded knowledge in their own affairs.
How We Operate
The Society is a private body. Its work is conducted among its members, and its instruction is offered through written materials, courses, and consultation. We are not a law firm and do not offer legal advice. We are educators.
What We Value
- Lawful order as the right relationship of persons and things, governed by principle rather than expedience.
- Trust as the fundamental structure through which estates, offices, and relationships are held.
- Equity as the conscience of law, by which strict rules are tempered by reason and good faith.
We invite serious students of these matters to explore our education, membership, and consultation offerings.
